Coaching for Inner Clarity and Transformation

Rediscover your true self through the wisdom of the Enneagram, mindfulness, and a deeper understanding of the unconscious drivers behind your behavior. I began coaching to help students of my Mindfulness and Enneagram courses integrate the skills into their lives. We work on deepening self-awareness through the lens of the enneagram while learning to pause and catch ourselves before our habitual reactivity kicks in.

Who It’s For
This work is for thoughtful, high-achievers who may appear to have it all figured out on the outside, yet feel a quiet longing for something more authentic on the inside. You may be navigating a transition, questioning old patterns, or seeking a more grounded and intentional way of living and leading.

What I Offer
I guide clients through an integrative journey that includes:

  • Enneagram insights to reveal unconscious motivations and defense patterns

  • Mindfulness practices to cultivate presence, resilience, and self-compassion

  • Somatic awareness to reconnect mind, body, and breath

  • Exploration of unconscious drivers to transform unwanted behaviors

  • Optional outdoor sessions in Evergreen or Steamboat, CO—including hiking, biking, or skiing for those who wish to integrate nature and movement into the process

This is not traditional psychotherapy (though I bring the depth of my training as a licensed psychotherapist), and it is not conventional coaching. It is a dedicated space for slowing down, tuning in, and aligning your life from the inside out.

About Me
I am a licensed social worker, certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, and certified Enneagram therapist. For over a decade, I have taught mindfulness and self-awareness practices to individuals and groups. I also bring my background as a yoga and ski instructor, integrating the wisdom of the body and the outdoors into the work. My approach combines depth, compassion, and practicality.
