Introducing…The Enneagram

The Enneagram is an amazing tool for self-awareness.  And, since self-awareness is a key aspect of Mindfulness, it is incredibly useful in leading a more Mindful life. Where Mindfulness training helps us learn to pause in stressful situations, the Enneagram helps us anticipate what causes us to react so we will be more likely to remember to take that Mindful pause. The “Pause” is “everything!” Anything that helps us “catch” ourselves in stressful moments so we CAN pause, is incredibly useful. Unlike other personality tests, the Enneagram is not just information about your personality but more importantly it is a road map to personal growth.  We all have habitual patterns of behavior, and it’s only when we become aware of WHY we behave that way, we can begin to effectively change and grow!

The Enneagram helps us to recognize these patterns more clearly and gain knowledge on what to do in tough situations.  Likewise, by gaining more understanding of other personality types, we are able to have more compassion for others!  It is eye-opening for us to better understand and appreciate all the different ways people see and behave in the world. Minfulness and Enneagram Workshop or Retreat

A workshop or “retreat” experience is a way to relax and rejuvenate with Mindfulness practices while deepening self-awareness through the Enneagram. It gives you the opportunity to pause and take time to reflect and reset. During the training, we will help you understand your number or way of seeing the world, as well as the other 8 numbers/ways of seeing the world.  You will walk away with a better understanding of yourself and the people you interact with every day. We combine the teachings with mindfulness practices to make it a truly transformative day.

Julie leads this retreat with Dennis Tallon, owner of Tallon Consulting. Dennis is an executive coach, leadership development consultant and has taught the Enneagram for over 30 years.

Plan an individualized workshop or retreat for your business or group: An introductory workshop typically lasts 4.5 hours but can be customized to your needs. We can also do a full weekend retreat to cover more depth the Enneagram has to offer. Weekend retreats can also include Yoga, Mediation and Outdoor Recreation such as guided hikes and skiing (ski instruction at no extra charge).
